Rates:
Single Occupancy:
- Monthly: $1,650.00 ($55.00 per day)
Double Occupancy:
- Monthly: $1,800.00 ($60.00 per day)
- Our apartments and homes are pet friendly. Guests will be charged $75.00 per pet, per month. Guests will also sign a pet waiver form prior to arrival.
- No deposit is required. A partial payment will need to be paid at the time of reservation, and final payment is due 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must show a driver’s license/ID, list company name, and sign a Wi-Fi agreement at check-in.
- Check-in: after 3p.m.
- Check-out: noon
- Upon arrival each guest will receive a goodie bag with a Hershey’s candy bar.
Corporate housing includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, along with the
items listed below.
