Welcome to our site! We are the owners and operators of KG Corporate Living, Teresa and Steve. We both grew up in Ottumwa and enjoy the safety and friendliness of a smaller town. Ottumwans are welcoming, helpful, and genuinely care for each other. This atmosphere is typical of rural, southeast Iowa. We work closely with our clients as they move in and get settled. We want them to enjoy their home and what our city has to offer. Ottumwa has a variety of restaurants, parks, bike trails, and walking paths. The Bridge View Center also has many different types of entertainment activities offered throughout the year.
We enjoy the properties that we have and take great pride in making the houses and apartments as comfortable as possible for our clients. We work closely with the city of Ottumwa and make sure all of the homes are up to date on inspections and meet required codes. We also provided maintenance as needed in a very timely manner. Safety is especially important to us and we aim to make sure our guests feel safe in their homes at all times.
Our goal is to make our client’s transition here smooth, and their time living in Ottumwa as comfortable and easy as possible. Whether the need is short or long-term housing; we are here to help! We commonly work with traveling healthcare workers, manufacturing workers, and people transitioning in and out of the area. All homes are fully furnished, clean, and affordable. We are always here to answer any questions you may have and can direct you to any other resources you may need.
Our belief is that when you are happy in your home (away from home) you are happier in your career, family, and relationships.
